In order to provide a fair opportunity of being invited to represent your country as a nominated World Peace Ambassador to our cause, all invitees MUST abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
Guidelines and all information herein form our Terms and Conditions.
By participating, each invitee agrees to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions herein.
Selection process for the Successful Invitees
1. The purchase of the "If We Can Dream" Music Video will award you with a certificate, recognizing you as a World Peace Ambassador to our cause.
You will also receive one (1) electronic notification of your eligibility
to be invited as one of the 400 lucky people to feature in this historical
event in 2012.
This notification will be sent for each Music Video download. (Sent to you via an e-mail)
2. If you are invited to take part in the filming of the new Music Video
for the International World Peace and Humanitarian Anthem, you acknowledge
that:
a) You are legally able to attend the filming in the International Country
in 2012.
b) That you will be available to travel for a 7day period in late 2012.
c) The arrival date in the International destination will be in late 2012,
- Exact dates TBA.
d) You grant us the rights to use all images or audio of any kind and by any person/s or
companies etc, and that at all times all these items will automatically become the intellectual
property of “If We Can Dream – Universal” and its proprietors.
e) You are fit and healthy to travel.
f) You agree to personally obtain and are solely responsible for your
own valid travel and/or visa documentation as per your country and Asia’s
requirements and any or all domestic connections at your own cost. It is
compulsory that you obtain your own travel insurance as we require a valid
copy of your policy 7 days prior to departure from your country to the International
destination where the New International World Peace and Humanitarian Anthem
Music Film Clip will be shot and the two day World Peace Concerts.
3.The selection of the invitees will be chosen randomly.Potential Invitees
must register online upon the purchase of the current Music Film Clip.Registration
is only required if you would like the opportunity of being invited to participate
in this historical event along with an invitation to the two If We Can Dream
- World Peace Concerts.
You must register with your correct e-mail address and any other specific entry information
as requested by, If We Can Dream – Universal
If We Can Dream – Universal, their proprietors and their associated JV Partners will not
be responsible for and will not consider any incomplete or incorrect invitees applications.
4. Any invitee can have as many opportunities as they like to be invited
to this historical event by downloading the Music Film Clip only as many
times as they wish.
5. If We Can Dream - Universal reserves the right to deny awarding any invites to any person/s that has breached the Terms & Conditions.
6. Successful invitees will be contacted via the e-mail address used to
purchase the Music Film Clip.
7. The names of the successful invitees will be available on the If We
Can Dream - Universal Website/s once chosen.
8. Submitting your details automatically means that you have read and agree with all Terms
and Conditions mentioned herein.
General Information
All successful invitees will participate in the filming of the new Music
Film Clip for the International World Peace and humanitarian Anthem and
be invited to the two If We Can Dream - World Peace Concerts which will
be held at a Secret International Location in late 2012.
If We Can Dream – Universal will only cover the costs of your Return International
Flights; Airport and Hotel transfers from the International Location of
these events only and including 6 nights and 7 days shared accommodation.
If We Can Dream – Universal will be not be covering any further expenses.
Neither If We Can Dream – Universal nor its sponsors, its employees or associated JV Partners
will be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims of any kind incurred as a result of you being successfully invited to this historical event, including and not limited to any loss of your personal belongings including luggage.
If the successful invitee is under the age of 16, a legal guardian must accompany them.
If We Can Dream - Universal its sponsors, its employees or associated JV Partners will not
be liable or responsible for any costs incurred by the legal guardian, including Airfares and Accommodation and or any other expense of any kind.
If We Can Dream – Universal, its employees and/or JV Partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to be invited to this historical event unless they are involved in its preparation or the event it’s self.
Limitations of liability
If for any reason the events are not capable of running as planned, including,
but not limited to, any type of tampering, unauthorized intervention, external
fraud, technical failures, insufficient resources or any other causes beyond
the control of our entities which corrupts or affects the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this event, our entities
reserve the right to disqualify any individual or invitees who causes any
such problem/s. If We Can Dream – Universal, their proprietors and their
associated JV Partners assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or any
problem or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, or
any combination thereof, which may limit an invitees’ ability to participate
in these events.
Upon purchasing the Music Film Clip, each invitee agrees that any and
or all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection
with this event shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any
form of legal or class action.
Each invitee, by accepting the invitation, agrees to release and hold harmless event entities from any and or all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever, which may result from the receipt, enjoyment, ownership or use or misuse of such event including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, or any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to or based on the invitees rights of publicity or privacy, or the invitees claim that he/she has somehow been defamed or portrayed in a false light.

Partners do not assume any responsibility for any schedule changes in this
events timeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor
strikes, Acts of God, or other unforeseen events that disrupt the event
schedule. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, terminate, modify or suspend
these events.
Timeline for Invitation
The invitation process commences on 1st of September 2011 at 15:00 GMT,
and closes one month prior to the travel date to the Secret International
Location at 15:00 GMT. No application received after the cut-off date and
time will be accepted.
Publicity
In participating in this historical event, the successful invitee’s consent
in allowing us to use their name, address (City & State only) their likeness.incl.
Photographs, film, file and/or recording/s of the same in any media for
an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting
this event (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by any promoter related to this event. Including
images and/or voice over’s for promotional purposes in any local or International
Media, including, but not limited to Internet, Television, Magazines, Text,
including Viral Media and Viral Marketing, concerts or other for an unlimited
period of time without remuneration or any other type of Global Medium also
without any compensation or consideration.
Awarding the Successful Invitees
Successful invitees will be contacted by If We Can Dream – Universal via
the email address used to purchase the Music Film Clip. This will occur
within 7 days after the closing of the invitation timeline.
Your failure to respond will mean that your successful invitation will be forfeited.
Successful invitees are required to depart from the International Airport as determined by us within their country and as notified in writing by If We Can Dream - Universal.
Successful invitees must travel to the International Airport from which they are departing by their own means and at their own expense.
Flights and accommodation are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash.
If We Can Dream – Universal and JV Partners reserve the right to alter any rules of the invitation process, location of the filming and dates at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Disclaimer - Please be advised that If We Can
Dream – Universal its proprietors or its JV Partners reserves the right
to cancel the filming of the new Music Film Clip and the two If We Can Dream
- World Peace Concerts, if a minimum of 800,000 downloads of the current
Music Film Clip are not achieved within 90 days of the scheduled date for
the filming of the new Music Film Clip and the two World Peace Concerts
in late 2012.
